At Lovepetever, we strive to provide you with the best products and customer experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a return or exchange according to the following policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on used, damaged, or opened items unless the product is defective.

Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days from the date of receipt. After this period, we may not be able to process the return or exchange.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team through our Contact Us page or by emailing us at [email protected]. Be sure to provide your order number, the item(s) you want to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.

Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions on how to return the item.

3. Return Shipping

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order.

Shipping Carrier: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your return or exchange within 5-7 business days.

4. Refunds

Refund Method: Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the order. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Restocking Fees: In some cases, a restocking fee may apply for returned items that are not defective or are returned outside of the allowed timeframe. You will be notified in advance if this applies.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will either send a replacement or issue a refund. In the case of a damaged item, please provide photos of the damage to help us process your claim quickly.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Personalized or custom-made products.

Gift cards or certificates.

Products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process first and place a new order for the item you want. You may contact our customer service team if you have any questions about exchanges.
